I never set out to become a sleep coach.

I was just trying to keep up — with work, family, ambition, and the invisible load in between. I was wired, exhausted, and confused about why sleep - something so basic - felt completely out of reach.

Like so many women, I thought I could push through. But the toll was real: brain fog, moody, irritable, unmotivated - a version of me I didn’t even recognise.

So I did what I’ve always done when something matters — I started digging. Not into hacks or hype, but the actual science of sleep. And then I made a critical discovery.

I discovered that around 80% of what’s messing with our sleep is within our control — and aging isn’t the excuse we’ve been sold.

That truth lit a fire in me. If sleep could be reclaimed, I was ready to fight for it.

I looked at every angle — what helped, what harmed, and what quietly got in the way. That’s how I uncovered the real culprits: Sleep Thieves — the sneaky habits, hidden influences, and thoughts stealing our rest.
And I began hearing something else too — clear, repeated patterns in how women talk about their sleep struggles.

That’s how the Sleep Archetypes were born: a powerful way to cut through the overwhelm, make sense of layered challenges, and pinpoint the one issue that needs attention first. Because when you stop guessing and start targeting what matters, progress follows — fast.

When I started applying what I’d learned, I didn’t just sleep better — I changed how I lived.

Better sleep became the foundation that let me run three companies, parent with more presence, and even navigate menopause — my most disruptive sleep challenge yet - with far more ease than I ever thought possible.
