I’ve worked in sleep health for years, and I’ve seen just how powerful CBT-I can be. It’s evidence-based, well-structured, and the gold standard for treating insomnia. I’ve used it with clients, and I’ve applied it in my own life.

But over time, I realised something important: CBT-I is essential — but for many people, it’s only part of the solution.

It offers structure and behavioural change, but sleep challenges are rarely just behavioural.

For those dealing with chronic stress, a heavy mental load, or high internal pressure, the struggle with sleep often runs deeper — into patterns of thinking, emotional tension, and nervous system reactivity.

That’s when I knew we needed something more layered. A model that keeps CBT-I as the foundation, but brings in the emotional depth of ACT and the insights of neuroscience — especially around how the brain shifts between focus and rest, and why that transition is critical for sleep.

I saw it in clients who made early progress but stalled when life got messy.

  • Six weekly private coaching sessions (45 mins via Zoom).
    We'll move step-by-step through your personalised framework — decoding patterns, testing strategies, and building skills that stick.
  • Daily Voxer access (8am–5pm AWST).
    For in-the-moment questions, support, and coaching between sessions — because real life doesn’t wait for weekly check-ins.
