We spend a lot of our lives looking at screens. Messages arrive, notifications disappear, inboxes fill up and even the things we meant to read can vanish into the digital pile.
A letter feels different. It asks you to slow down for a moment.
There’s no algorithm waiting underneath it. No next notification. No sleep score to improve.
So much of what I talk about when it comes to sleep is about creating space to slow down, step out of constant ‘go mode’ and give the mind somewhere to land. It seemed only right that the way I send this letter could reflect that too.
Just something from me to you.
