Amanda has a clinical background in nursing and more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, mining, workplace health and corporate training. She is a certified Sleep Health Practitioner and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and behavioural sleep coaching. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

Amanda has a clinical background in nursing and more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, mining, workplace health and corporate training. She is a certified Sleep Health Practitioner and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and behavioural sleep coaching. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
